　　随着国际社会交往的日益频繁，英语作为国际交流的重要工具，已为人们越来越重视，成为全民学习的热点之一。小学英语是英语学习的基础阶段，其学习重点在于口语。因此，培养和提高小学生的英语口语交际能力是至关重要的。　　我认为培养和提高小学生英语口语交际能力应从以下方面入手：　　一、信心培养　　前苏联教育家苏霍姆林斯基曾说过：“成功的快乐是一种巨大的情绪力量，它可以促进儿童好好学习的愿望。”在学习伊始，许多孩子虽然对英语很感兴趣，但却认为英语是由一些奇怪的音符组成的，说出来会惹人发笑，只要自己知道就好，何必说出来呢？而且说出来还要担心自己说得是否够好，是否会得到其他人的认同。因此，教师要设法培养学生的自信心，让他们认为自己是可以大声说出来的，因为他能行。　　日常生活中，学生已在无意中接触了一些比较简单的英语日常用语，诸如“Hi”，“Hello”，“Good morning”等。如果以此为开端，与学生进行面对面的交流，就能很快得到学生的认同和反馈。抓紧这一有利时机给予肯定和表扬，让其树立起良好的自信心，告诉他们“Well begun is half done”。学生尝到了成功的喜悦，就能逐渐消除运用英语进行口语交际的心理障碍，能自信的大声说出自己想说的话。　　二、兴趣培养　　兴趣是最好的老师。学生对此有兴趣，才可能有所发展和提高。教师可以通过加强师生情感交流，激发学生进行口语交际的主观能动性。我们应积极沟通师生之间的情感，促进情感的交流。古语有云：“亲其师，信其道。”我们应在和谐的师生关系中利用学生的向师性，借以达到口语教学的最佳氛围，充分发挥他们的主观能动性，让他们愿意说，渴望说。此外，教师还可以通过丰富课堂教学活动，激发他们进行口语交际的渴望感，充分发挥其主体作用。比如，教师可以通过在课堂上开展丰富多彩的活动，合理组织安排游戏、情景对话、课文表演等多种形式，让学生在唱唱、跳跳、玩玩中，潜意识地运用所学知识与教师或同学进行口语交流，训练出语感，为以后日常生活中的交际打下良好的基础。　　三、环境创设　　1、创设校园英语环境，营造良好交际氛围　　儿童学习语言是在丰富的语言信息环境中，将语法规则内化并熟练运用的过程。根据这一特点，在校园内有意地营造英语交际环境，比如在校园某一处设立英语角，让学生有地方说；或在教室墙壁上开辟英语专栏，在教室书架上储备一些内容简单、趣味性较强的英语图画书，让学生有东西可读；还可将日常用品贴上英语标签，在校园内设置英汉双语牌，如“禁止吸烟——NO SMOKING”等，让学生接触单词的不断复现，在无意识中掌握这些单词。　　此外，在日常交往中，教师应以身作则，用英语致问候语，让学生受其感染而大胆展现“脱口秀”：“Good morning, Miss/Mr…”。　　2、创设英语情境，加强口语训练　　首先，教师在课堂上应尽可能地坚持说简明的课堂用语，辅助于教师的体态语帮助理解，少用或尽量不用汉语，使学生耳濡目染，尽可能多的接触英语，运用英语进行师生交流。　　其次，让学生在特定的情境中训练正确理解运用英语的能力。例如可以设置一些小游戏，编一些儿歌、分角色朗读或表演课文等，并多用鼓励性的语言对其进行评价，尽可能多的让学生参与进来，大胆进行交流。　　此外，教师还可以布置一些以口语为主的灵活性的作业，让学生在课后多做一些视听训练，训练自己的口语交际能力。　　四、习惯培养　　M·韦斯特说过：“外语是学出来的，不是教会的。”我们应鼓励学生坚持每天说英语，运用所学英语与其他同学进行交流。刚开始时可采用“中西合璧”的方式，而后逐渐转化为纯英文版的，比如说：“这是我的苹果。”。开始时可以先说“这是我的apple”。当他会说“my”时再说成“这是my apple”，以至最后的“This is my apple”。经常做这样的练习，学生久而久之就会习惯用英语来交流了。　　另外，还要鼓励学生勇于说英语，主动地说，而不是被动的回答，养成想用、敢用英语进行交流的良好习惯。常此以往，不断的注意训练，我相信，学生的英语口语交际能力自然就会得到培养和提高了。
