今年高三我校共有八位教师担任高三英语教学。虽说我们不是很老练，但是我们始终以认真、严谨、勤奋、坚持不懈的工作态度从事教学工作。我们学校的学生情况历年来都是差不多了，部分学生英语基础较弱，对英语的学习兴趣不大，学习自觉性差，而且两极分化严重。所以作为我们英语老师肩上的责任也是比较重大的，因为英语学科在高考比分是很大。

一、注重集体备课的规范性、科学性、时效性

集备是大家相互取长补短、优化教学方法、提高教学质量的良好措施。我校规定每周备课组进行一次集体备课，集备时间长达二节课。英语组就定在每星期五就组织全校英语老师一起集体备课。每次集体备课都有中心发言人。中心发言人要对本周的教学内容进行详细的备课，集备时，中心发言人要讲出本周的教学安排，教材中的重点和难点，教学方法的取舍以及配套练习中存在的疑点。然后大家一起讨论，各述己见，对中心发言人的发言进行补充，最后达成共识。通过讨论大家对本周的课程内容都有了一个基本的了解，对教材的处理和教学方法都做到心中有数。

二、提高课堂效率，上好五种课，特别重视以下三种课型

课堂是教师教、学生学的最重要的阵地。我们认为在高三复习过程中，基础知识复习课，专题复习课和讲评课这三种课型是落实教学内容的关键所在。只有落实好这三种课型，并使之优化，我们才能真正地落实好高三的复习教学。因此，我们特别重视这三种课型的课。

1基础知识复习课

第一轮的基础知识复习侧重帮助学生全面且系统地掌握高中所学英语基础知识，重点是词汇、语法。一轮复习尽管还是按照高一、高二各单元课编排的顺序进行,但是它不同于同步学习。它是一个对所学知识进行归纳整理,找到它们之间的内在联系和区别的过程，在复习过程中，我们尽量要做到将新课程标准与考纲的要求同课本结合起来,以“纲”为握,注重知识的横向联系,避免单一性,做到以点带面,点面结合,注意不受课本内容限制,挖掘词汇的内涵意义，找出它们的内在联系。比如，通过构词法进行单词复习，还有通过同义词、反义词的内辐射来复习，对词汇围绕某一核心词进行归类复习，通过图表比较复习等等。第一轮复习也是学生进行查漏补缺的方式。每复习一单元，我们都要求学生对自己没掌握的单词、词组、句型和语法进行一一摘记，让学生把厚书变为薄本。这样复习起来方便、快捷、高效。

2专题复习课

专题复习一般是紧接在第一轮复习之后的有针对性的强化复习，它既不同于以全面复习知识、方法、夯实基础为目的的第一轮复习，也不同于以综合训练为主提高应试能力的第三轮复习，而是就某块知识或某些方法、热点问题为专项的复习。专题复习起着承上启下的作用，具有举足轻重的地位，它既是对单元教学成果的巩固，又是对学科内知识的综合深化，是使知识系统化形成能力的关键环节，同时又为第三轮的综合训练进行了必要的知识和能力储备。

一、强化时间意识，制定科学实际的教学进度

本届学生虽然已经经过两年的英语学习，但情况仍不容乐观，单词量薄弱和语法基础很不扎实，且相当一部分学生不重视英语，所以在对学生全面强化督促的同时，如何抓好基础、强化针对性、有效地提高讲和练的方法成为专项与整体复习中的一大挑战。

我们计划进行三轮的高考备考复习。本学期我们完成了第二和第三轮的复习计划，全学年的具体操作如下：

1、暑假补课期间完成模块8的教学内容。

2、9~12月份完成18册课文知识点和词汇的第一轮复习，同时贯穿一些重点语法知识的复习，为第二阶段复习打好基础。

四、优扶差

1、在学校和级组的领导下进行培优工作，各班参考数次考试的成绩选出八到十个优等生每星期集中进行两次的辅导，跟踪他们每次测试、考试的成绩，挖掘他们在各题型的得分空间，提高他们分析问题和解决问题的能力以及综合运用的能力。同时注意培养他们的自信心和帮助他们确定各阶段的目标。

1、我们今年备考的听力训练抓得很到位，值得借鉴。无论是平时早、午读期间的分工合作，还是听力资料选取、转录，大型考试听力的分析评讲，听力词汇、听力技巧的培养和积累，考前冲刺的强化等等。我们的听力备考工作是有条不紊、有的放矢。学生的听力水平不断提高学生反映即使是在高考考场上，他们听听力时也是忍不住偷笑的。

2、从学生考后出来的情况了解到，有不少学生，甚至成绩好的学生没能在规定的时间内完成答卷，主要表现在写不完作文。造成这种情况的原因主要是学生把时间过多地分配在阅读理解题上，从中反映以后在备考工作中教师需要大量加强学生的词汇积累和阅读的训练，保证必要的写作时间，不要在高考中留下遗憾。
