没有喜怒哀乐也没有了爱别人的心怎么办？

第一个层面是情感钝化的含义。情感钝化，英文叫做 emotional numbness，指的是一种情绪麻木的状态。对于那些没有经历过这种状态的人来说，往往很难想象它是什么样的感觉。

情感钝化的人会把这种状态描述为是——感觉空虚或者沮丧，也有人认为那种感觉好像是——自己不真的在意别人的情绪，也确信别人不在意自己是否真的快乐或幸福，就像孤岛一样。

还有来访者这样描述自己的情感钝化体验，他说：「我常常觉得自己像是个隐形人，别人不会特别留意到我，我也不知道怎么出现在别人面前，就像我是鬼。我看着我的家人朋友相互间沟通互动，感觉有一个看不见的障碍让我无法加入他们。」

可见情感钝化是种实实在在的心理体验，我们把这种心理体验称呼为一种人格特质，既有合理之处，又有不妥之处。说它合理，是因为情感钝化的状态的确在很大程度上能预测一个人的行为、情绪、和认知模式，但说它不妥，是因为没有人真正拥有「情感钝化」这样的性格特质，这样称呼暗示了它的不可改变，而事实并不是这样。

我之所以在这里将情感钝化归为一个独立的人格特质，是因为集体主义文化使我们生活中的很多人，从小就没有情绪体验和表达的安全和自由，因此更容易体验到情绪钝化，这种所谓人格特质，实质上是一种不但普遍而且深入的隐形创伤，存在于很多人的内部系统中，这导致我们不仅在个人层面，还有社会层面体会到的空虚无望等痛苦。

第二个层面是在心理咨询领域看到的情感钝化表现。心理学家大多将情感钝化作为一个现象/症状进行研究，尤其在那些得了焦虑症，创伤后应激综合症，抑郁症等心理或情绪疾病的人身上，看到情感钝化/情绪麻木/情感隔离的普遍和高频存在。

比如说常常感到抑郁的来访者卡尔就这样描述自己的体验：他说，「我出去和同事吃饭，回家听老婆说话，晚上看孩子做作业，但都是按部就班，我会记着该做什么，嘱咐自己去做这些好丈夫好员工好爸爸该做的事，但我常常觉得生活是苍白的，活着就是挨捶，没什么希望也没什么意义，我把我该做的做了，大家相安无事就好。

刚结婚那会儿老婆常常和我吵架，觉得我不爱她不关心她，说实话即使是谈恋爱那会儿我也没什么爱不爱的体验，就是大家都在做该做的事，到年龄了还能不结婚不成？我最受不了的就是老婆孩子闹情绪，我不知道该怎么体会了解其他人的情绪，这对我来说很难，让我不知所措。

我就像一艘漂流在水底，尚未被发现的潜水艇，感知情绪都要通过声纳，迟钝得很。如果你问我自己的感受是什么，我也无法告诉你，我不快乐，也不痛苦，我就是觉得活着没意思，死又很麻烦。」

就像卡尔描述的这样，情感钝化的人即使是在亲密伴侣或家人面前，依然感到自己在扮演角色，对于他人的情绪，无论是悲伤还是喜悦，他们都很难敏锐觉察，更难真诚的做出回应，提供情绪上的支持。

这也是为什么很多寻求婚姻咨询帮助的夫妻，往往有一个觉得自己不断的被情感钝化的伴侣所伤害、所忽视、所否认，另一个觉得自己不断的被情绪化，动不动就发脾气的伴侣所折磨，所压迫，认为自己的逃避和攻击是不得不做的自我保护。

听到这里你大概也能想象到，情感钝化的人更有可能拥有表演型人格特质，在漫长的生活中，他们往往已经了解到，要维持关系、稳定家庭、保护婚姻，需要自己去表现出合适的回应，他们或许也会觉得自己的麻木和隔离并不妥，但也无力改变，为了尽量减少生活中的痛苦，表演正确的回应就是他们的适应方法。

这个方法让他们真实的状态和情绪更难被别人知道，加深了情感钝化个体的「生如孤岛」「人生无望」的体验，长年累积也会让中年危机极度痛苦，老年阶段情绪脆弱，心理和身理健康都会受损。这就是我们了解情感钝化个体的第三个层面，通过看到他们的整体生命体验，来了解其形成和发展。

对于情感世界更加钝化的人来说，他们很难感知情绪，而没有体验到的就不会成为信念，因此无法相信有什么人是真正和自己心连心的，真正能持续稳定的给到自己情感支持和呵护的，即使被爱，他们对于被爱被关心的体验也是迟钝的，同时对于别人的伤害欺骗背叛也是自带过滤，他们这种全面的自我情绪的麻木，会让他们对积极情绪和消极情绪的感受同等的钝化。

我需要做出区分的是，这种情绪感知力的钝化和我们常说的「不以物喜不以己悲」，是有着本质不同的，一个心智成熟的人在日日普通的生活中体验丰富，可以活在当下，从细节中感知生命的美好，在变化面前拥有真实的淡定和沉着；而一个高情绪钝感的人在日常生活中会麻木无感，在变化面前却经历极其强烈的情绪起伏，他们会恐惧，会痛苦，也会绝望，很难淡定沉着。

　孩子们不喜欢英文的原因，会不会是我们周遭的人造成的。其实语言应该是一个很奇妙的工具，当你学会一种语言时，你会因此进入另一个世界，交到不同 的朋友，看更多书，欣赏更多音乐等等。可是，有些孩子或许在学校学语言的过程中感受到一些压力，回到家又因为成绩不好而被父母责怪，或是父母认为成绩应该还可以更好，让原本单纯的语言学习成为有压力的科目，反倒让孩子不再喜欢英文。

让孩子喜欢英语的方法

　人的学习动机可以分为三种：一种是为了生存，比如我的儿子去英国，在英国学校里要喝水、吃饭、上厕所，还要和伙伴交流，所以他特别想学好英语;一种是为了功利，比如想考个高分，上个好学校，找个好工作，拿个证书;一种是出于兴趣，内在的动力。想想孩子们，首先他们没有生存动机，因为不会英语影响不到他们生存;其次他们也不可能有功利动机，因为太小，想不到那些;那么只剩下兴趣动机了，如果英语学习毫无兴趣可言，孩子怎么可能愿意学习对于孩子来说，最重要的还是对学习英语产生兴趣，这样才可能让学习发生。

　语言学习有“情感过滤”之说，就是说这个学习过程首先要过孩子“情感”(比如学习兴趣高、动力足，性格开放、自信，学习时的精神状态放松而非焦虑)这一关。如果没有“情感”，无论我们的输入量有多大，都会被过滤掉，学了半天等于没学，或者学得很少。因此，孩子的英语学习，尤其在启蒙阶段，兴趣是第一要素，我们要在这上面下足工夫，而不是操心他们到底学会了没有。

　这需要家长和老师的共同努力，让孩子重新爱上英语。“兴趣是最好的老师”。但这是一个渐进的过程。

　首先可以学唱英文歌、做英语游戏、读英语幽默短文、观看英文原版的动画片、**或者插图故事书等。久而久之，懂得多了，就有了兴趣，有了动力和欲望。但是切记要舍弃以往那种填鸭式的英语学习方式，从字母，语素，词根词缀，词汇，以及文化内涵，历史渊源方面让学生重新认识和了解英语，知道这种语言的特点，优点和缺点在哪里，它与汉语的区别和联系在哪里，那么假以时日学生会重拾信心。在这个过程中学生们自己认识到自己的兴趣点在哪里，有的喜欢文学，有的喜欢科技，有的喜欢历史，有的喜欢音乐，那么他们自己会主动地去找寻相关材料和信息，去补充自己的不足。当然这需要家长和老师的双重努力，多鼓励孩子，让他们逐渐意识到他们在学习英语方面是有天赋的，鼓励与赞美是克服孩子学习英语恐惧的最好良药。自然而然，也会把学习英语化被动为主动，最终也会克服恐惧心理，进而英语成绩和能力也会提高。
