大航海时代Online的音效导演是中村新一郎（Nakamura Shin-ichiro），作曲和音乐制作是岩崎琢（Iwasaki Taku）和三宅一德（Miyake Kazunori），部分经典曲目的原作曲是菅野洋子（Kanno Yoko，大航海单机版的作曲）（在这里顺带赞一下，菅野大神独力创作的大航海1代、2代的音乐实在是太妙了，比Online版的还要好听得多）。

游戏音乐都是原创的，即便参考了十六七世纪的音乐风格，也绝非那个时代的作品。大航海职员表中没有Jeff Chen这么个人，你是从MP3信息中看到的吗？我想可能是转MP3的人想在此留个名吧。

练肌肉，拉力带肯定是有用的，练肌肉，拉力带效果肯定是不如哑铃的，所以建议还是继续用哑铃练习为好。
