英语课文翻译的技巧有：

1、拿到一篇英文，首先要略读一下，来确定文章风格。如果是抒情式的需要将文章翻译得优美一些。如果是科技文章，则语言需要偏向专业和精简风格。

1、学习英语让我们对世界有更多的了解

再比如，我们在阐述社会现象时，比如大学生就业形势为什么这么困难，有同学就会这样写：因为人口数量激增，每年毕业生数量增多，企业单位要求高，人工智能代替人力等等。这些原因看上去好像没毛病，但是你再仔细想想，因为毕业生多就找不到工作吗？因为单位要求高就没法就业吗？因为人工智能的广泛应用就要失业吗？

在英语思维中，这些逻辑都是有问题的。为什么就业难？人才与市场需求存在差异、教育与社会需求存在脱节、人才质量下降正是因为这些“因”，才导致了大学生就业困难的“果”。

3学习英语能够更好地认识自己的母语

歌德说过：Those who know nothing of foreign languages know nothing of their own （不了解外语的人也无法真正了解自己的语言）

这是因为在学习外语的过程中我们会不断的锻炼语感，当语感到达一定水平时，就会开始寻找它与国语的相似与不同，久而久之能够以一个新的角度来审视自己的母语。

比方说我们再看作品的时候，会发现中西方的作家都喜欢做比喻，但中国的作家是拿两个具体的东西进行比喻，而外国作家会用抽象和具体的东西进行比喻，所以我们在阅读的时候，对于翻译过的外文，需要看好几遍才理解其要表达的意思。

再比如，汉语的写作注重文采，作者往往不惜笔墨反复加深所表达的意思, 我们可以根据作者的情感倾向找出所要表达的重点。而英语截然相反，主张言简意赅，不喜欢重复。如果我们将中文逐词逐句翻译成英文，在用词上很容易出现重复的错误。
