第四个错误:肘关节过度外展。
还要避免肘关节过度外展,肘关节应该更多的指向身后,而不是两侧,否则你的效率就会大打折扣。

做臂屈伸靠的是力量而不是惯性,你只有通过自己发力才能很好的刺激到目标肌肉。
说完这些错误姿势,再来跟大家详细讲讲臂屈伸,它有好几种姿势,各有其侧重点。
在做训练胸肌的时候,你身体可以微微向前倾,同时双腿伸直,如果别扭可以双腿微微向前伸一点。
而你想要训练三头的时候,躯干最好和地面垂直,双腿应该位于臀部的正下方或者略向前,双肘尽量贴近身侧。
你也可以训练肩部,此时你的身体应该呈一条线向前倾,身体越向前倾,动作难度越大。
我们还需要注意肩胛骨的活动,从最高点开始,肩胛骨要下压、略微向前或者在正中的位置。随着身体下放,肩胛骨逐渐靠拢,这时候要尽量将其下压,向上撑起身体时,肩胛骨又要回到最初的位置。
当然这些都取决于你做臂屈伸的方式和姿势。这个动作还是需要一定的身体灵活度和协调性。
当然它还有别的打开方式,你也可以用单杠或者吊环做,用单杠做的时候,需要你的双腿向前伸,这样你才能找准重心。
吊环臂屈伸相对而言要更加灵活,吊环可以自由移动,这样你就可以做各种花式动作,当然重心也更难保持平稳,但是它的优点是吊环可以转动或者合在一起。
但是要记住吊环要比其他两种更难,因为你要稳定住摇摆不定的吊环,但是这有助于锻炼你的协调性和力量,也不适合与初学者,
所以如果你刚开始锻炼这个动作的时候,最好从简单一点的入手,循序渐进。
