1Talk Play Love
Anycall又一个重磅炸弹的广告歌。
参与的四位歌手都是当前音乐领域里颇有天分的年轻人：Boa，东方神起的xiah俊秀，Epik High的TABLO以及钢琴家陈宝拉。Boa自13岁出道起颇具张力的声线便使她变换形象和曲风不费吹灰之力，她能够消化很多曲风和唱法，我自己也很喜欢她的声音，很广的音域，非常有张力，高音略带欧美味，低音很有磁性，唱功自然也是没的说，现场也很棒，目前韩国的女声唱功很难有超越她的。神起的xiah声音比较尖细，对男声来讲并不是优势，但好在声音并不单薄，而且唱功了得，选得适合的歌则非常有特色。Epik High是目前当红的hip-hop组合，主唱TABLO很有实力，不过我更喜欢Eric的那种低音rap，很有磁性和感染力，所以对于TABLO并不感冒。陈宝拉只知道是当前比较新进的创作女歌手，弹得一手好钢琴，其他不了解。这四个人目前在各自领域实力颇被肯定且人气很高。
制作方面不了解是谁操刀的，不过可以肯定是个大牛。不同于之前any系列的广告歌，电子舞曲的曲风，欧美味很重，把四个人的特点完美的结合在了一起，听第一次便惊艳，背景的钢琴音听起来很有感觉。ps：如果我没有记错的话，BOA和xiah从来没有试过这种曲风，强烈建议多尝试一下这种风格，特别是xiah，太适合了。

先说点没用的：为了广告歌，居然把乐坛最炙手可热的四颗星组成了组合——anyband，我想说sumsung太牛了！虽然之前代言也都是当红大牌，包括李孝利、Eric、权相宇、李俊基，但是像这次这样像模像样的组成组合还推出专辑，甚至开演唱会，在广告代言的历史上恐怕真的是前无古人啊！sumsung真是大手笔，只是不知道最近的受贿丑闻处理的怎么样了？
说了这么多，就是想说明一点，这首歌是与Talk Play Love一起推出的同期的广告歌，也是由这四个人主唱，并且他们组成的anyband出了一张单曲专辑，里面有这两首歌以及两首歌的less vocal。
这首歌和上一首比起来更突出了boa和xiah，一样的欧美风，在dance舞曲、ballade、hip-hop泛滥的韩国乐坛这样的曲风真是让人耳目一新，关键是两个人都能驾驭的很好，和声也很不错，不过我感觉两个人的solo部分更好。
题外话：anyband是any系列广告的第四弹。之前的anymotion（Eric、李孝利）、anyclub（Eric、李孝利、权相宇）、anystar（李孝利、李俊基）都是统一风格，以李孝利为主，这次的创意完全没有走同一路线，所以很多人争论到底是之前的好还是anyband更好，根本就不是一回事，怎么能放在一起比么？之前的三部更像电视剧，讲的是剧情，这部更像**或者MTV，讲的是画面和意境，在anyband里歌曲本身是主角，所以广告的策划、摄制都更加侧重于表现歌曲，之前的三部主角是明星本人，重在叙事。

想把大腿变粗，就要练，而且要用大重量练。
接下来给你带来几个动作。
1，杠铃深蹲
对于杠铃深蹲这个动作大家再也熟悉不过了，关于这个动作这里就不做太多的解释，但有一点需要注意，做杠铃深蹲的时候需要掌握下蹲的角度。下蹲时膝盖大于90度是锻炼大腿正面股四头肌，下蹲时膝盖小于90度是锻炼臀部和大腿后侧股二头肌。
训练:
根据自身条件选择相应重量。
做3到6组。每组8到12个。
组间休息90s
2坐姿器械蹬腿
这个动作同样是采用固定器械锻炼，有点像杠铃深蹲，练习的时候注意腿部膝盖弯曲的角度。小于90度主要是锻炼腿部股二头肌和臀大肌，大于90度主要是锻炼腿部股四头肌
训练:
根据自身条件选择相应重量。
做3到6组。每组8到12个。
组间休息90s
3负重哑铃箭步蹲
这个动作可以说既锻炼腿部肌肉又锻炼臀部肌肉，练习时需要练习者注意箭步蹲的角度，下蹲时尽量保持双脚膝盖成90度，前脚膝盖不要超过脚尖。
训练:
根据自身条件选择相应重量
做3到6组，每组左右交替做24到30个
组间休息60s
4拉伸
做完腿部训练，一定要拉伸。
静态拉伸，两组。
一边腿两组，一组15秒。
