概要写作,简言之就是对所读过的文章简要概括,写出文章的中心大意,也可称之为摘要。写概要时,读者要是把文章的具体信息用一些具有概括功能的词和句表述出来,而不是抄袭文章的原句,更不是把细节性信息作为中心,而是要通过对文章中的单词、词组和句子进行合理转换,对文章的具体信息进行概括,再用合适的语言表述出来。这一题型主要考查学生对文章主旨大意的概括和准确获取关键词的能力,同时考查学生用简洁的语言概括文章重要信息的能力以及对文章整体结构的把握能力。因此,概要写作是基于阅读理解和书面表达,是二者的有机结合体,是阅读理解和书面表达的沟通桥梁。
3写作步骤
1)细读原文。首先要仔细阅读短文,掌握文章主旨和结构,明确各段的大意。
2)弄清要求。新高考的概要写作是写全文概要,不是写某一部分的概要,或者就某些问题写出要点。
3)列出原文要点。分析原文的内容和结构,将内容分项扼要表述并注意在结构上的顺序。在此基础上选出与文章主题密切相关的部分。
4)在写作时要特别注意下面几点:
(1)概要应包括原文中的主要事实,略去不必要的细节。
(2)安排好篇幅的比例,概要应同原文保持协调,即用较多的文字写重要内容,用较少的文字写次要内容。
(3)注意要点之间的衔接,要用适当的关联词语贯通全文,切忌只简单地写出一些互不相干的句子,但也不要每两句之间都加关联词语,以免显得生硬。
(4)不排斥用原文的某些词句,但不要照搬原文的句子,如果不能完全用自己的话语表达,至少对原文句子做一些同义词替换,如果结构上也能有一些转换会更好。

概要写作,其实我们考生并不陌生,在日常的英语教学中,教师经常让学生就所学英语课文逐段概括段落大意或者复述课文,这在一定程度上都为概要写作打基础。除此之外,作为考生,还要注意以下几点:

近几年来全国英语高考试卷中的写作题目主要是:记人、叙事、写信、通知或看图作文等。大多为记叙文、议论文和应用文。高考英语写作是高考试题中对考生来说相对比较难的一题,高考英语写作主要考查考生综合运用语言的能力。这主要要求考生根据所给的情景和要求写一篇书面材料,但是,它并不是要求考生按照试题里的“提示”进行逐句翻译,而是要求考生在充分领会“提示”的前提下,用自己的语言写成一篇内容充实、语言正确、句子连贯、用词贴切的作文。在写作时,考生应注意以下几点:
1写记叙文时要有时间、地点、人物、事件、原因和结果六要素,写作的时候要明白清楚地写出来。写人物时,要注意介绍人物的身世、经历和事迹等。叙事时要描写事情发生的经过与发展的结果,写清楚事情发生的前因后果等。
2写议论文时要求考生就某一方面的问题通过摆事实、讲道理的方式来阐述自己的看法。议论文应由论点、论据、论证三部分构成。

四、引导学生把握作文的各段的要领写出结构完整、主题鲜明的英文作品。中学英语写作一般分三段,即引导段、支撑段、结束段。引导段的主题句(theme Statement)不能只陈述事实,而是说明自己的观点。支撑段是围绕引导段中的观点进行阐述,教导学生运用有力事实和例子对中心句进行充分的论证。同时分清主次,把与主题关系最密切,最能体现主题的信息提炼出来进行详写,对次要的进行略写。结束段简要重述观点,即是篇尾点睛。
2高中英语写作技巧
文章开头,能依据提示确立主题句(topic)阐明观点或看法;使用连接词分层次说明理由、缘由(supporting sentences);归纳总结,首尾呼应。做到论点正确无误;论据可靠充分。论据可以是人们公认的真理,也可以是经过实践考证的经典著作;论证合理严密。常用论证法有归纳法、推理法、对比法。
记叙文写作技巧
一般说来记叙文有时间、地点、人物、事件、原因和结果六要素,写作时要明白清楚地给予表达。记人时,要注意介绍人物的身世、经历和事迹等。叙事时要描写事情发生与发展的过程。
应用文写作技巧
主要以写信为主。英文书信由6个部分组成。它们是信头、信内地址、称呼、正文、结束语、签字。格式一定要正确。信的正文和写文章一样,要分段写,每一段有一个中心思想。
1尽量用短句,避免长句。
2多用高级词汇,避免误用。

3高中英语写作技巧
一、英语议论文的结构一般较为固定,通常包括以下三部分:
2在正文部分对所提出的问题进行议论;
3在结论部分对以上的讨论进行总结和归纳。

2议论时可以采用不同的方法。如:可以摆出正反两方面观点,进行对比;也可引经据典论证作者自己观点的正确性,从而使读者接受自己的观点;亦可提出一种错误的观点然后论证其错误,最终提出正确的观点。正文部分是写作的重点,论证方法可用归纳法、推理法、比较法等。
3在结论部分必须表明作者的观点,对讨论的问题做出总结。
4 注意连接词和过渡词等词语的使用,以增强文章的条理性和逻辑性。常用的过渡词和连接词包括:first, second, third, finally, in addition, furthermore, besides, what was worse, more importantly, in contrast, because, since, now that, therefore,consequently,in that case, as a result/consequence, in conclusion, to sum up等等。
三、写作技巧
议论文的写作是一个创造性的完整过程。它大体上可以分为摄取、构思、表达和修改四个阶段。构思是把客体材料转变为作者主观认识的转化阶段,表达是通过遣词造句将作者的思想“物化为文章”的实施阶段,修改是最后完善提高文章的过程。在对这四个阶段的具体运作过程中,一定要进行恰当地分析,提高自觉性。在具体的写作过程中,要注意以下几点:
1 把握三个要素,即论点、论据和论证。论点要新,要有鲜明的时代特征,能体现时代脉搏。认识问题和分析问题时,应当褒扬新思想,针砭时弊,体现时代的精神风貌。同时要把握事物的本质特征,揭示事物的发展规律,给人以厚重感。论据要为论点服务,注重摆事实,讲道理。在写作时要充分利用事实论据和道理论据,灵活采用多种论证方法,如例证法、引证法、对比论证法、比喻论证法等让文章更具说服力与雄辩性,让读者心服口服。
2 把握三性,即准确性、鲜明性和主动性。在写作时要善于提出问题,主动地运用准确的论据和恰当的论证方法来分析问题,水到渠成地引出自己鲜明的观点。
3 语言运用时务必准确、言简意赅,行文时要注重条理性和层次性。

总结:那么在高考作文中,除了自己的一些英语知识的巩固还需要的是自己的情绪和思维。写作期间保持稳定的情绪,按照自己的思维完成写作,从总结文章中—布置文章结构—使用表达的语句—下笔连贯。最后当然是要检查是否出现拼错字,句子语法有误等。
