　　情感是人对客观事物的一种态度，是人对客观事物是否符合主观需要的内心体验，反映着客观事物与人的需要之间的关系，是人的一种特有的，高级的需要，对于学生的学习，尤其是英语学习，具有极为重要的意义。这是因为情感是学生智力及非智力发展的原动力。有一定的情感体验和情感要求，才会有相应的智力及非智力活动，学生只有对学知识产生情感，才会以极大的热情投身学习。因此，英语教学必须重视情感因素，在教学活动中充分开发利用情感因素。

1激发情感，以情激情

心理学研究表明，情感包括爱好、快乐、嫌恶、愤怒、恐惧和悲哀六种基本情绪，有激情、心境、热情三种方式，英语教学过程中，教师要努力促使学生实现良好的情感体验，使之有利于英语教学。

首先，要激发学生热爱英语语言文字的情感广只有热爱才是最好的老师”但“世界上没有无缘无故的爱”，教师要精心设计每一节课的开始，采用情境导人，悬念激活，朗读激情、联想引发、感情渲染、气氛烘托等方法，扣住学生心弦，引发学生的探求热情，使学生“想知”、“乐知”，全身心地投入英语学习中。采用直观形象的教法，增强教学的艺术性讲出形象，讲出趣味，讲出感情，吸引学生，打动学生，使学生忘身于课文所展示的境界。在此基础上，渗透思想教育内容，进行学习目的教育，培养学生良好的学习动机，引导学生把“兴趣”变为“爱好”，并进一步转化为“志趣——对英语的无比热爱，作为学好英语的持久动力。

其次，要采用多种有效手段，丰富学生的情感。丰富的情感体验，是学生阅读和写作的心理基础。特别是优秀的课文，都倾注了作者强烈的思想感情，学生只有具备了丰富的情感体验，才可能借助语言与作者沟通，透过字里行间，看到作者内心感情世界，理解课文。从学生本身看，学生是学习的主体，也是欣赏的主体，英语学习正是在鉴赏中实现的，而生活经历，尤其是感情经历，又影响着鉴赏和学习效果。“登山则情满于山，观海则情溢于海”，指导学生善于发现生活中的感人之处，深切体味，并积累情感，丰富学生的情感体验，提高生活感受力。指导学生体验生活，要抓仆时机，适时引导。如在讲述alone与lonely两词的差别时可例举孤老在政府的关心下形单而不“孤”的例子描述其alone而不lonely。因此教师要借助课外活动，创设情境，给学生提供更多的情感体验机会，并善于抓住机会，指导随机观察体验，丰富学生的情感。通过观看**、电视等文艺活动，进行情感熏陶，增加学生的情感经历，丰富学生的情感。总之，要多方面人手，课内与课外结合，培养学生丰富的情感，以促进阅读和写作能力的提高。

再者，教师还要培养学生良好的心理素质积极健康的情感。英语学科的特点就在于以形象思维和情感思维为先导，发散性和可塑性性强，学生个人的态度，情绪、心境、审美情趣甚个人生观、价值观与情感有关的人格因素等，无不影响英语的学习效果。英语教师必须坚持“文道统一”的原则，既做“经师”，传授知识，培养能力，开发智力，又业为“人师”，塑造学生美好的心灵以促进英语学习。要在教学及生活中，教育学生时刻以积极的生活态度，乐观向上的精神，高尚的审美情趣，高涨的情绪，稳定的心境，面对生活和学习，帮助学生树立正确的人生观、价值观和科学世界观，形成良好的思想品德素质，严确认识社会、人心和自我，这对于学生阅读和写作是至关重要的。只有这样才能保证学生对英语有深层次理解，避免写作中表现自我主题不高、观点偏激的现象。

2充分利用教材小的情感因素，以情导情

情感总是由——定的客观事物引起的。英语教材中，情景交融的诗歌，富有诗意的散文，引人人胜的小说，催人泪下的剧本，占相当比例，都蕴含着浓郁的感情因素，具有强烈的艺术感染力。有助于学生产生积极的情感，形成崇高的人格。同时，心理学研究结果表明，青年学生的内心是一片汹涌的大海，从来没平静过，他们渴望丰富的情感体验，强烈的感情共鸣，适时的情感发泄。因此，英语教师要善于利用教材中的情感因素，采用朗读引发、研读体味、情景再现、情境体验、背景穿插、烘托渲染等教学方法，以情导情，激起学生内心的感情波澜，引发学生的情感，使之与作者产生共鸣，进而理解课文、发展情感。导情要适度，要围绕理解课文，突出重点、突破难点进行。导情还要适时，要在学生情感思维出现障碍时加以导引，并要设法上升为理性思维。如“AbrahamLincoln”一文时，教师可采用播放林肯原声演讲录音的方法先声夺人，再补充人物背景材料增进了解，烘托主题。

在教学中，教师还要充分发挥语言的激情作用。教师的教学语言要生动形象，具有激发性和感染力，点燃学生心中的情感之火，要讲究轻重缓急的节奏，丰富多彩的内容，抑扬顿挫的语调，富于变化的语气，引人人胜的语境。要富于美感，“晓之以理，动之以情”，并配合适当的体态语言，以激昂的情绪，饱满的精神，奕奕的眼神，‘巴有声语言和无声语言结合为主体语言，声情并茂，“一石激起千重浪”，拨动学生的心弦，引起学生的感情共鸣，使学生与作者的感情相沟通。这样既有助于理解，又有利于学生情感发展。

3注重教师自身的情感影响，以情引情
