1、锻炼肌肉可以隔天做
因为在做俯卧撑的过程中,由于肌肉中的肌肉纤维承受不住这种持续的发力会发生断裂,断裂有利于肌肉的生长,但需要一定的时间去修补和加固。一般情况而言,同一块肌肉的训练需要间隔两天以上,因此要想锻炼出胸肌和腹肌的人群最好是两天或三天做一次俯卧撑。
2、强身健体可以天天做
天天做俯卧撑可以锻炼人的平衡和支撑能力,而且还可以使人的中枢神经系统的机能得到改善,能够提高关节的灵活性,还能够使韧带变得更牢固,天天做俯卧撑可以强健体魄,对身心发展都是有益的。
3、每天做多少俯卧撑合适
一般情况而言,初学者最开始练俯卧撑的时候不宜太多,适应了节奏之后可以慢慢增加训练的强度,有专家表示一般人可以每天做30个俯卧撑,如果锻炼者觉得难度太小,那么他可以根据自身的情况酌情增加,原则是身体能承受住这样的强度。
4、俯卧撑什么时候做好
人体力量、激素和各种反应最好的时间是每天的下午4点左右,因此俯卧撑在这个时间段做是最好的,但由于绝大多数人这个时间都没有空,所以早上8点之前也可以做这项运动,这个时间可以空腹做有利于减肥。晚上的8-9点也可以做俯卧撑,它可以帮助人体更好地进入睡眠状态。

一、俯卧撑简介:
俯卧撑(英文:push-up;Press-up。中国大陆称作俯卧撑,中国台湾地区称作伏地挺身,港澳地区称作掌上压),常见的健身运动有助于增加胸大肌锻炼效果 。
在日常锻炼和体育课上,特别是在军事体能训练中是一项基本训练。俯卧撑主要锻炼上肢、腰部及腹部的肌肉,尤其是胸肌。是很简单易行却十分有效的力量训练手段。初学者练习俯卧撑可以进行两组,每组15到20下;有一定基础的运动者则可做3组,每组20下;高水平人士可以尝试4组30到50下的俯卧撑锻炼。
二、俯卧撑注意事项:
1、要循序渐进,由易到难,由少到多,由轻到重进行锻炼。
2、根据自己的体质情况,选择适宜的练习方法,控制运动负荷。
3、要做好准备和放松活动,防止受伤和肌肉僵硬。
4、老人禁用指式、击掌、负重练习法。心脏病、高血压患者禁用此法。
5、俯卧撑为重力训练,长期做俯卧撑容易对指关节(拳式)、腕关节(掌式)和肩关节造成较大的压力和冲击,引发以上部分疼痛和受损,所以平时需对这些关节多加保养。
