《绿箭侠》是美国的一位超级英雄，和广大的超级英雄一样，平常都是一位普普通通的老百姓，可一道了危机光头，他们就变成了拯救世界的超级英雄。

这次绿箭侠有点和蝙蝠侠相像，他们都是平常身，没有超能力，不够有着非常先进的高科技，靠着科技武装自己，成为了夜幕下的英雄。

本季看点：《盲点》一位无名美女在时代广场上醒来，全身赤裸，皮肤上满布神秘纹身，而其本人已经毫无记忆，这位神秘女孩到底是何身份又从何而来，一切的线索聚焦在其后背上的纹身——FBI探长Kurt Weller的名字。探长发现这位无名女孩身上的每一个纹身，都是一桩疑案，随着案件的解决，女孩的神秘身份也逐渐明朗。该剧由《绿箭侠》《闪电侠》的主创Greg Berlanti打造，是一部悬疑类的剧集。

这种锻炼的英文名是Salmon ladder pull up,中文翻译过来叫做"鲑鱼梯子"（名字很奇葩）。它是是引体向上的升级版，本质上还是引体向上，就像双力臂啊什么的都是引体向上做到一定程度后的增强版。这种锻炼是针对背部肌肉的，可以使人的背部肌肉更加发达，更加具有爆发力。
